Premium Features: • Certain features require a paid subscription • Prices are displayed before purchase • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled Refund Policy: • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis • Digital services are generally non-refundable • Contact support within 14 days for billing issues Payment Processing: • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers • You are responsible for all charges incurred on your account

NearU Content: • The NearU name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks • All content, features, and functionality are owned by NearU Inc. • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property Your Content: • You retain ownership of content you post • You grant NearU a license to use, display, and distribute your content • You represent that you have the right to share any content you post

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. NearU may terminate or suspend your account if you: • Violate these Terms of Service • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity • Provide false information • Harm other users or the community Upon termination: • Your right to use the service ceases immediately • We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy • Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • NearU is provided "as is" without warranties • We do not guarantee matches, connections, or outcomes • We are not responsible for user conduct or content • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages You use NearU at your own risk and are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
